- General Terms and Conditions of Contract -

To use the website of B1music.hu (hereinafter: Service Provider), the user (hereinafter: User) must accept the contract and booking conditions.

The User cannot cancel/modify the appointments within 48 hours.
The User is obliged to pay for the booked dates! The User can only book appointments for himself at least 18 hours in advance. Within this time the User can only book an appointment by phone.

The Service Provider stores the User's data necessary for use during registration and subsequent use. These are: displayed (login) name, full band name, password, e-mail address, phone number, language and background style selected by the user, as well as the handheld device selected on the Walking through tab. In addition, the Service Provider stores the reminder text written by the Service Provider about the User, the activation code, the status of activation, the appointment booking- and possibly administrative rights, the date of recording the appointment booking, the date of the last successful login, the number of the last unsuccessful logins, and in case of ban, the earliest possible date of logging in.
